Abilities: OUTLIER - Capable of phasing through solid materials using a form of intangibility, as well as sharing this ability with others during physical contact. Highly effective for infiltration and retrieval missions. Skilled in both commanding a team and allowing for individual decision-making. Flight capable.

Weaknesses: Has a very "lax" approach to most things, which can be detrimental to others. Has a tendency to disappear for extended periods of time when stationed on planets, following personal whims. Doesn't always react well to being questioned. Has a tendency towards pettiness.

• No particular interest in the arts, but doesn't seem opposed to the concept.
